Chicken Curry

For One Person

Please use fresh, cubed, boneless chicken from the chiller and AVOID frozen items, as they alter the thickness of the curry.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil, 250 ml of freshly boiled water, and 200g of cubed chicken to a non-stick saucepan.  Mix half the curry mix in the bottle and stir thoroughly until the powder dissolves completely. Close the lid.

Set the heat to LOW

Let the dish settle for 2 minutes and enjoy!
