Lamb Curry
For One Person
Please use fresh, cubed lamb from the chiller and AVOID frozen items, as they alter the thickness of the curry.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil, 250 ml of freshly boiled water, and 200g of cubed lamb to a non-stick saucepan. Mix half the curry mix in the bottle and stir thoroughly until the powder dissolves completely. Close the lid.
Set the heat to LOW
- If your hob markings are 1-10, then dial in 3, or if it’s marked 1-6, then dial in 2
- Start the TIMER – 18 minutes. That’s it.
Let the dish settle for 2 minutes and enjoy!
