One Step Indian Curry

Prawn Curry

Prawn Curry

step 1 prawn

For One Person

Please use fresh prawns from the chiller and AVOID frozen items, as they alter the thickness of the curry.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil, 125 ml of freshly boiled water, and 150g of fresh prawns to a non-stick saucepan.  Mix half the curry mix in the bottle and stir thoroughly until the powder dissolves completely. Close the lid.

Set the heat to LOW

Ideally, prawns cook within 3-4 minutes, but the gravy needs time to cook too. To keep it strictly one step, the sweet spot is about 8 minutes.

Let the dish settle for 2 minutes and enjoy!
